Mia lost her best friend
Mia is a 2 year old Boxer/Am Staff/American Pit Bull Terrier-mix who was originally found by Erica on the streets of Little Village as a starving stray puppy with an unknown upbringing. Erica took her home and has loved her for the past two years.
In October 2008, Erica, a public school teacher and longtime volunteer for a local no-kill shelter, passed unexpectedly and now Mia has been looking for a forever home ever since. She loves people, walks, riding in the car, rawhides, treats of any kind, sitting in your lap and giving kisses. She has completed K9 University's bootcamp and is very well trained. She knows sit, down, heel, stay, paw and "dance like a princess".
Mia also comes with a lifetime training guarantee from K9 University. Her ideal home would have the following:
- Structure
- Daily exercise
- No cats
- Possible dog friend
- Lots of unconditional love
